The holidays are here! Well, just about here, anyway. I’ve been blessed to have some little pops of Thanksgiving cookie business early-on this year. These sets are two of my favorites, so far. I have more orders to fill next week, so my sincere hope is that you enjoy looking at them because the onslaught of holiday cookies pics is coming, y’all.

I did a slightly different version of this cute, giant turkey cookie platter for Thanksgiving 2014. Last year, I piped some subtle details on the feathers and this year I chose to airbrush the feather cookies with pearl and gold sparkly patterns. I just love how he turned out!

For every cookie-worthy holiday, I try to come up with a cute, quirky fun cookie set as well as something more a bit more elegant.  My more traditional, fancy set this year was inspired by a couple of similar sets of beautiful cookies I’ve seen around the web. Those sets used the color combination of dark brown, ivory and the gold-splatter effect and they were so striking and pretty to me. So, I borrowed that basic concept and added a few details to make it my own. I used seasonal, fall colors and decorated the plaque cookie with piped, floral decor, which is definitely my girly-girl style.

I love this time of the year because my customers honestly seem to be as excited about pretty cookies as I am all year long!  Please enjoy the pics!

xoxo Marcelle
